Mwinamo Ashimosi Ken

Ken as he is fondly known is the Managing Partner and founder of the firm MAK & Partners Advocates. Ken is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over twelve years of practice. He holds an LLB degree from Moi University and a Higher Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.

Before founding MAK & Partners Advocates, Ken was a founding Partner at the Firm of Ashitiva Advocates LLP and was the head of Conveyancing and Commercial Law practice for ten years. Ken immersed most of his 10,000 hours (10 years) sharpening his legal skills, legal tactics, legal strategies, and advice. His love and mastery of Real Estate, Construction, Banking and Commercial Law has also translated to the strong relationships he builds with our clients because of his renown expertise in the mentioned areas of practice.

Apart from being a Lawyer, Ken is a serious pig farmer, vegetarian, and a fantastic hockey player. He plays in the Kenyan Hockey Premier League for Western Jaguars Hockey Club as a striking midfielder.
Ken is our James Bond. He is a schemer and very strategic. He sees what no one sees, thinks like 10 wisemen put together and has a vision of an eagle. His slender physic will deceive you, but he is the “Bazuu”; the secret agent of the firm.
